Philosophy of Teaching
I am persuaded that learning should start from simple to complex and from concrete to abstract. Effective and active learning occurs when delivery begins at the knowledge level and progresses through comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and up to evaluation level as laid out in Benjamin Bloom's Taxonomy. I always pray for grace to follow the example of Jesus Christ - the Master Teacher - in my teaching ministry.

Research Interests
Higher education leadership; integration of faith and learning; and the connection between theological education and liberal arts education.
